• What type of nails will this nailer accept?
  This nailer will accept nails collated in plastic strips between 20° and 22°. The nails can range in length from 2” to 3-1/4” and in diameter from 0.113” to 0.131”.
• Can I shoot a paper collated nails.
  No, paper collated nails are collated at 30° to 34° and will jam in this nailer.
• What is the depth of drive adjustment used for?
  Depth of drive adjustment is used to control the depth the nails are set into the material you are nailing. It is extremely important in application like sheating so that your nails don’t blow thru the OSB or any other material you might be sheating with.
• How long has this tool been in the market?
  This is the 5th generation of this tool and it was launched in 2017. The original version was launched in the USA in 1980 under the Hitachi name. This 5th generation however shares the same internal components with the original version.
• What is selectable actuation?
  Selectable actuation allows you to select between the tools two different driving modes, sequential and contact. In sequential mode you can only drive one nail with each pull of the trigger. In order to drive a nail in sequential mode you must first depress the nose, push lever or work contact piece onto the material you intend to drive a nail into and then depress the trigger to drive the nail. In order to drive additional nails you must repeat each step again the that same order. In contact or bump mode if you depress the trigger first the nailer will drive a nail every time the nose, push lever, or work contact piece is depressed onto the material you intend to drive a nail into.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
